2. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Prices are displayed clearly and include all applicable fees and taxes unless otherwise stated.
• You will receive a booking confirmation via email or app notification.

3. Luggage Guidelines

You agree not to store:

• Prohibited, illegal, or dangerous items (e.g., weapons, explosives, drugs)
• Perishable goods or animals
• Valuables such as large amounts of cash, jewelry, or sensitive documents

We and our partners reserve the right to inspect luggage and refuse storage at our discretion.

4. Liability and Insurance

• Every booking includes limited insurance coverage, up to a specified amount, for loss or theft under certain conditions.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of luggage retrieval and require proof of booking and value.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your booking within the allowed time window for a full refund.
• No refunds are issued for late arrivals or failure to show up.
• Storage partners may refuse service if your luggage violates our policy.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information
• Arrive within the selected time frame
• Present a valid ID and booking confirmation
• Collect your luggage within the agreed-upon timeframe

Unclaimed luggage may be reported to local authorities.

7. Partner Responsibilities

Storage partners agree to:

• Store luggage in a safe and secure location
• Respect operating hours and availability as listed
• Return luggage only to the verified user

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform (text, logos, images, software) is protected by copyright and may not be used without written permission.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms.

10. Modifications

11. Governing Law
